A moist dark chocolate cake, with a fudgy filling, is covered with chocolate ganache frosting; then we hand decorate each cake with a light chocolate border, and "Happy Birthday" greeting. This dessert product is carefully packaged, & frozen in extremely cold commercial freezers immediately after it is baked, to ensure that it will taste like it just came out of the oven. Cakes are shipped in styrofoam coolers with ice packs to ensure they are still cold when they arrive at your door. Limit ONE per order.
